It was cool

Front desk fast efficient secure transaction. Traveling can be tiring so it's nice that your staff was making sure my late arrival didn't ruin the rest of my traveling.

Parking lot in need of repair and rear entry doors dificult to luggage through.

I liked it was quiet and being by the side door on the first floor...I was there for almost a full week. Out of all the staff one front desk stood out the most.. he works i think the 3-11 shifts that was amazing...he remembered what room,he never had to ask, he was polite and understanding. I had a problem with an ex who kept harassing me and he found me at that hotel and he kept calling. He stopped anymore calls from coming at my request with no questions asked but he knew why I was asking and immediately apologized for my ex situation and said hed make sure no more calls would come through.He was straight and to the point but very welcoming feeling. I like this property they were on top of everything and I didn't have any problems with any of the staff. A few of the front desk workers came across as mean or rude at times but not to me(I talked to a few people who complained about a few of them) but I never had any problems. Over all a good place I'd definitely stay again. Rooms were clean clean and I was very surprised but kudos to housekeeping team!.. they are great

I had some encounters with a few people that were not all at "home" upstairs that were rude as ever but cant judge. I stick to myself anyways so It didn't bother me to much but kinda gave me a chuckle later. The pillows were crappy and the cops kept checking my car out for some reason but never stopped to talk to me at any point so whatever.

Location was great

Roaches and bad customer service! Snacks are way too high.

The bathroom door was loose on the hinges ...looked like it had been fixed before
