"Could go up in stars but owners are cheap"

It's in a good location for me. Bad location for regular travelers

A lot of this stuff is broken like the laundry room don't work. They have it locked out.. The morning breakfast is not what they advertise and at this time it was a just a donut and a cup of coffee and juice which they used to do a whole lot. Better job but seeing that the ownership must be cutting corners because people don't want to stay at this hotel because it's starting to get run down. It smells and it's really for poor people who can't afford to go to a better hotel

"Great Stay & Excellent Customer Service"

I had a great stay at Super 8 by Wyndham. The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around the area. I accidentally booked a room with only one bed, but the staff was extremely helpful and quickly changed my reservation with no hassle and no extra charge. That level of customer service really stood out to me. Overall, the hotel was nice, comfortable, and provided a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again!

"NO CATS ALLOWED! Not pet friendly, only dog friendly!"

We couldn't stay here because they don't accept visitors with a cat! Although the listing states that the hotel was pet friendly, that was only if you were traveling with a dog! My money paid for the reservation was based on a no cancelation policy so it wasn't easy getting a refund.
