The location and the surrounding stores. The male working the morning shift was very pleasant and polite.

The staff were rude, unhelpful, double charged me for my room, threatened to deny me my room I paid for prior to my stay because when they attempted to double charge me my card declined, staff was talking rudely about other people staying in the building, there was no granola bars or anything set out for breakfast only coffee.

Hot water, tissues, great towels, low price

Coffee grounds in my coffee, obvious globs of lint on air conditioner/heater (I cleaned it off myself since it was so distracting that I could not ignore it)
