They doubled charged us. And staff was rude

Horrible. I left after one night. Worst experience ever. Wrote a letter to the manager.

Everything. It was unsafe and unhealthy. The receptionist was high and publicly smoking weed when I arrived. My door was broken and could not be secured. The bathroom was filthy. The air conditioning was broken. There were urine stains on the carpet.

check in was quick- after that it was all down hill

Everything. stained pillow, stains on the sheets, didn’t even look like they changed the bedding, mold, DISGUSTING kitchenette, dirty shower. I work at a prison and it’s cleaner than this hotel.

The location was good and the price was ok. Until I walked into the room.

The decor in the room. The area in which the hotel was located was great. But when you walked into the room . The TV was small, the stove had burnt heating elements, the towels were dingy in color, the furniture was old and chipped and there were holes on the furniture. Some guest actually lived there. I didn't feel safe. The security latch on the door was loose. The entire room could have used an updated look and a thorough cleaning.

Didn't see any breakfast

The showers were dirty, the floors were dirty and dusty, cobwebs on the ceiling, room had a bad smell, the light bulb was hanging from the lamp, the one plug outlet was smashed, the desk chair had very bad stains on it, looked liked someone peed on it or animal peed on it, over all it the bathroom didnt have any toilet paper, asked for some from the staff, but they didnt any or access to any, hadto go buy are own, had to put a towel down on the bottom the tub, to take a shower, because of ot being dirty, microwave was dirty kitchen stove looked pretty bad I would like to have a refund or, some type of discount off my bill
