Courtyard Richmond Chester

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff specially Ms Paula and Alma at the Bistro Bar were incredibly welcoming and attentive, friendly and easy. I also appreciated the convenient location and overall peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Alyssa at the front desk was extremely helpful with every one of our needs. If you are in the area this is a very excellent place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay and experience here! The hotel is beautifully designed inside, and the food is excellent. We received stellar service from Lawana and Leah, too! They are wonderful! We highly recommend and will be back!

Stayed here with my wife and daughter. We had requested a double queen room and told they were out but they had a sleeper sofa. The Sofa is hard as a rock and there is one sheet and a hard blanket in the closet. If you are considering this as an option I would reconsider. It might be fine in an emergency but to choose it is not preferred. I must also address the plumbing. When we showered our first morning, the shower basin filled as the angle was not correct. The water flowed away from the drain so you are left standing in cold water and that if it hasn't already escaped into the bathroom. Also while we were showering, they shut off water entirely to our room due to a plumbing issue somewhere else without any notice. We were trying to get ready to go out for the day and that half hour of no water was a real inconvenience. Many of the ceilings had painted over water damage so you know this has been an issue for some time.

The “sofa bed” in our room was HORRIBLE. It was the hardest thing I have ever slept on.

Was is a well lite and nice area.

The door to the balcony wouldn’t lock. There was a spoon taped to the smoke detector. Had to call to get the tv pulled back up. Most of all the pool was disgusting. There was a film over it with bubbles on top of the water. The pull out sofa is not a bed with a mattress just pillowed from the couch.
