Do not stay here on weekends. Or at least reserve a room in the rear of hotel. Our room faced the main road. Across the street, a bar with live music could be heard from our room. Having traveled 10 hours with another 10 to go, we were looking forward to a peaceful sleep. Up all nite with the loud throbbing beat of the music. Very disappointing.

"An excellent hotel off of I-95 in Chester, Virginia"

We stayed at the Courtyard one night as part of our marathon drive from Florida back to Canada. The hotel is only a few minutes from the Interstate. Check-in was fast and friendly, thanks to Alyssa at the front desk. Rooms are clean and modern, with a comfy bed, wonderful shower and great big-screen TV. Breakfast is not included, but we found an IHOP nearby.

"Great stay"

The hotel was right off the exit so it was super easy to find. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food from the bistro was delicious. The bed was so comfy and the room was very nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay here at the Courtyard Chester Marriott, will be coming back!

"HORRIBLE"

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. The staff were dressed in PJ's and they had a dog behind the counter. I can imagine where else the dogs have been throughout the hotel. The hotel manager has no compassion and you can tell she is there just for a paycheck. I waited about 12 mins at the front desk to get checked in and when the associate came to check in there was no apology or anything.

"Nice Place to stay"

Clean, beautiful, updated and comfortable. Great hospitality and a good night rest. Beds were comfortable. Hallways were clean. Bar was nice. Food looked delicious. Check in was smooth and polite. Bathroom was up to date with nice finishes. Really nice stay.
