We stayed here as we were taking our child to AIT at Fort Gregg Adams. When I made the reservation I wasn't sure how far away from base we could stay. For the price it was okay, but had I know the area better, I would have opted to stay in a better hotel in Richmond. This property only had one working elevator...and according to another guest, the second one had been out of order for at least a month. The one working elevator seemed to be on it's final days. This property is fine if you are staying over night only....as in check in, go to bed, get up and leave the next morning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The icemaker was out on our floor. Only one of the elevators was working. The outdoor area was a mess.
