Very clean and fresh smelling. Room size was amazing.

The staff was on the phone thru her ear bud and didn’t bother telling us the handle for the room would only work if you pulled it up. The housekeeping attempted to access the room prior to our late check out due to communication issues which caused the dog to be upset when I opened the door.

I like the location. I like the staff. Everything was nice and clean!

I thought the price was outrageous. I could have went through booking.com and got it way cheaper!

Nice & Safe.

They are doing construction so the elevator is kind of hot and my room was a little stuffy. Also my bed spread had stains that look like they were old but I slept on top of a bath towel just in case. Once a sheet is stained it should just be thrown away because it grosses out the new customer to turn down a bed and see stains.

Felt like I received very good value for the price paid. I liked the option of getting to use mobile check-in before arriving to the property. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly. The facility and my room were very clean. The property is current and well maintained. Only minor wear and tear appropriate for the age of the facility. The room felt very spacious, and was quiet. Very comfortable bed, and nice hot shower at any time with great water pressure. For as busy as the location was I felt I really didn't hear much noise in my room. Very decent breakfast for a hotel with some good protein options. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to St. Louis.

Although the cardio selection looked decent for a hotel gym, the weights were lacking as there was no cable or dumbbell weight equipment.

There was 0 cleanliness in the room; it was definitely unhygienic. The sheets had hardly been washed, and honestly, this is the type of hotel most expected to have bedbugs. The bathroom door did not even have a lock! Breakfast was mediocre, but the lobby wasn't very clean either. Stayed here for a night and would highly not recommend! Pro tip: Their double beds are not even full-size and can only fit 1 adult even though it says sleeps 2.
