Oscar and William from the pool team did a fantastic job with the face massages! Such a treat in the heat!

The new administration is not customer oriented or that one manager was really sad, I still can't tell. The restaurant were amazing, except Le Petit Cochon which as dropped massively since Maria is not managing it anymore. The three new exclusive restaurant that you need to be a member to access, or guest of a member or be in build 1 or 2, are amazing! I did the spa every day and my Sky Terrace room was perfect. I would have given 5-star if it was not for the incompetence of the new managers.

The bartender Mukul was fantastic. He went out of his way to make a very special drink for my wife and his service was amazing!

This was the BEST vacation! Our third visit to this resort! We will be back! Staff is exceptional! Moises and Paola are TOP TIER! The best butlers with the best personalities and most helpful!!! Will recommend them every single time! Moises is like family….we will plan our trip around his schedule for sure!

Lovely property, lots of fun entertainment, music everywhere which is cool! Staff are great, loved and appreciated Erika at the market, Esperanza (pool waitress) and the entertainment troupe! They are updating some of the decor, rooms are clean, well stocked. Cons: if you’re not a tiered member, it’s first come first serve at all a-la-cartes restaurants. So no reservations, on a busy spring break week ( second week of our stay) we had 1-130 hr wait at most restaurants. Missed having reservations! Also, it’s pool chair bingo, get ready to get up early if you require shade (parasols) for pool or beach during high season. We were there for 14 nights I was up by 5am every morning to secure shade. Too crowded for my liking on busy season. Despite the large increase in population in the second week, I’d recommend! It’s still a cool vibe, we were a multigenerational family, 5 of us ranging from 74 to 13 and there is something for everyone! Loved the daily aerobics!

Alejandro at Hard Rock hotel concierge service was absolutely amazing and so helpful with helping me store my breastmilk during our stay. Definitely recommend requesting him when visiting!

Gostei do banheiro e dos shows. As crianças amaram tudo! É um hotel bom pra criança e ruim pra adulto, como previsto. Os funcionários muito educados e prestativos, e diferente do que eu imaginava, não tratam pior ou melhor por conta da propina.

Não gostei do visual do quarto, de muito mal gosto. Não gostei da comida do hotel. Não gostei que não tem acesso à praia, somente a praia “fake”.

El hotel siempre lucía limpio, las camas son muy cómodas, de las mejores que he visto luego de muchos años de viaje. El desayuno muy variado, y con poco tiempo de espera. Los restaurantes eran variados y de buena calidad. Hubo shows gratuitos y variada entretención. Fuimos en temporada baja, invierno mexicano, pero la temperatura era muy agradable, al igual que en el mar. La piscina es más helada, pero se entiende que es lo mejor para la temporada alta. Las distancias entre cualquier edificio y los restaurantes o las piscinas son súper razonables, y los carritos circulan permanentemente.

Si bien las habitaciones son cómodas, la aislación acústica no es buena, escuchamos todo lo que pasaba en la habitación de al lado. El aroma a fritura en las piscinas o espacios cerrados tampoco era agradable. EL hidromasaje de la habitación no nos funcionó, y al final quita espacio útil en la habitación, debería ser opciónal. Nos invitaron a la charla de membresía, lo que es habitual en estos lugares, con el gancho de los regalos (masajes, etc.). Sabíamos a lo que íbamos, pensando en una hora como máximo, pero fueron dos al final, y cada vez que nos señalaban que ya era todo, venía alguien más que trataba de vendernos la membresía. Fue agotador!

Otto and Axel provided great entertainment at the Azul pool! Great volleyball, bead art, bingo and hamster wheel! Will be back!
