Kelly doesnt know how to communicate-she was extremely unprofessional speaking with me on the phone and didn't allow me to speak. She was proud to tell me that Im on the DO NOT RENT list.

the staff was BEYOND rude, & they also told us they would let us get our pet deposit back- which we didn’t get. the older gentleman that works the hotel asked me “why are you late for check out time?” in the most rude tone. there was also roaches.

I had my two children, we left for food and came back to a noise complaint. The clerk threatened to call the cops if we didn’t keep the kids tamed was her words. The ceiling was falling in. The paint was chipping off all the walls. I didn’t even want my kids walking around, let alone not tamed. Mold was in the bathroom. I would not ever stay again.

This econo lodge was labeled “pet friendly.” However, no additional charge per pet was mentioned in the advertisement. Be forthright if you’re going to charge a fee. I was very surprised that an additional charge of $20 was added on. I would like a refund for $20 because that fee was hidden. I would have gladly payed it if this fee was clearly stated.

I did not eat breakfast. My daughter had just arrived a short time before and we got caught up and missed breakfast. I wish it was open a little later for people who need more rest before a long drive. I thought the bed was comfortable and slept well.

I was meeting family to get my daughter for thanksgiving and the staff accused me of having 6 people in one room and said we were smoking which is not true. There was 2 of us and my daughter and dad arrived the following morning. That was still only 4. I do not smoke, and the smoker went outside. It was early so we still had several hrs before checkout. Every time we left the room a man asked if we were checking out. total of about 4 times. Also, at 7am the same man was sweeping the sidewalks and banging the broom off on the rails. It woke me up and scared me. I believe they were trying to wake people up and get them out as soon as they could. It was very rude I had been driving several hrs the day before and was trying to get some sleep before I made another 6 hr drive. I will never use this location again and we meet in this area regularly. Also bedding looked nasty. the red blanket looked like it was unwashed for some time. I took it off and used my own.

The maid and cleaning people tried to enter my room well before check out . Then when I told the lady at the front desk she acted like it was ok
