Front desk associate was very nice and friendly. Hotel room smelled bad, small tv, remote didn’t work, dingy, air vent in bathroom was hanging, and wasn’t the cleanest. And the main door had a gap at the bottom.

THE NASTIEST place I've ever been!! It smelled awful, was filthy, the air didn't work, cigarette burns on everything from the bed linens to the tub and toilet. There was a roach crawling up the dirty wall and I killed a stink bug crawling on the floor. I stayed less than 30 minutes and slept in my car. This place should not even be in business!!

Upon first impressions with the staff when checking in, they were extreme nice and welcoming. The room, had it issues. I first noticed that the light in the bathroom turned on after flipping the switch about 7-8 time (on average). One of the lamps didn't have a bulb in it, base board around air conditioning unit was pulling away from the wall, TV failed to connect to the hotel wifi limiting watch options. A couple of the hand towels where clearly passed the use date. They were noticeably dingy in colors and needed to meet the trash.

room was full of aunts i got bites all over my arms I told the front desk about they did not do any thing about it i feel they should at least give my money back

We had a king size bed which had only 3 SMALL pillows. We asked for a couple more but were told none was available. Not happy about the sink not having a stopper. Always afraid of losing something down the drain. There’s no excuse for this. Breakfast was VERY skimpy. Cereal and bread is not acceptable. Could have had fruit, maybe danish. Waffles would have nice. Or maybe a little protein like yogurt or hard boiled eggs. The COVID excuse is not acceptable. When you advertise a breakfast is available, there should be more options.

Room was disgusting ,as well as it took 20 minutes for lady to come to desk for my reservation !(I don’t recommend anyone to stay here u will not get a good nights sleep )!

I’ll be the first to give them an updated review. My stay was pleasant. Very quiet, very cozy. The staff was extremely friendly. The air conditioning worked very well. I was able to stay in the same room both nights I stayed, on my way to Indiana and on my way back home, by simply asking. The only complaint I truly had, and I said this directly to the front desk, is that I wish the jacuzzi tubs were bigger because they definitely the space for a full sized one in the bathroom. Price was also reasonable. Hotel was also clean.

Price, location

Shower was in need of repair, looked like it was dirty but was stained with dark stains. The bathroom needed to be painted to cover up mildew and water stains.
