Baymont by Wyndham – Durango, CO Bed bugs in the room. Spiders crawling from the ceiling. My children were bitten. Management refused a refund unless we paid an extra $121 cancellation fee, even though we left due to unsafe conditions. I have photos and videos. Do not trust the rating. Do not bring your family here.

We booked a king and double queen adjoining rooms and when we got there we were told they didn't have any adjoining rooms. Then they were going to put is several rooms apart which is not possible with kids. So, we had to give up the king room for two double queen rooms so we could be next to each other but still not adjoining. Also, not the level of what I would expect from the Wyndam name.
