Southernmost Beach Resort and Guesthouses

Wonderful property with good service and people who value the customer experience (Annette at front desk was the best!) Multiple pools and a restaurant right on the beach. It’s also a great spot for multiple families to get together because of the varied room options where people can pick whatever they choose but still be close to one another.

From the time we walked into the doors of Southernmost Resort, greeted by Roxana, until the moment we left and she checked us out we were treated amazing. From the rooms, the pool, the amazing staff.... if Amy says show up be there and be ready to have a good time, Kasey was great and you can't pass pass up an eco tour on site with Rachel, so much care and knowledge. We hated to leave, and planning our next trip alreay.

Don't be fooled by the words 'superior room' or any other enticing descriptions. Make sure you specifically know what room you are booking or you will likely end up in a dungeon like room with no window off the side of the road. If this is all you can budget for, you would be better off to book into a roadside motel and pay a roadside motel price. Cleanliness is also questionable. We found hairs in our bathroom from prior gusts. Yuck!!!

My husband and I stayed here for a week, we had a room in the guesthouse Avalon, the room was so small and we requested an upgrade! Boy did we get upgraded!! They moved us to an oceanfront room with a huge bathroom and super nice balcony! All the food, drinks and entertainment were great! I would definitely recommend staying here and we probably will next year!

great place. got there thanksgiving day 12 pm.our room was ready. check in was easy.we got the room we asked for island wing 5105. great spot walk out door and u have shore pool and beach. We had the best time this week! Kindest staff. Best views. So close to everything. We walked to all the restaurants. We loved the music by the pools and the steel drummer at the Cafe. We have been here many times... it just keeps getting better!

I can not say enough nice things about this resort. My room was beautiful. The view from my room was perfect. We played trivia. We went to the margarita making class (delicious)! We loved the music by the pool. We had coffee every morning from the Christmas Coffee Shop/Bar!! Best trip yet!

We just got back from a four night stay. We stayed here last year at the Avalon and this year stayed in the main part of the hotel. Our room was large ( double queen) and had a little balcony with a partial ocean view. The room was clean and had a lot of storage. The bathroom was updated although the shower had low pressure. Thanks to Roxana for making our check in quick and smooth. She even contacted us via text a few days in advance to see if we needed anything. She was quick to respond and answered all of our questions. We told her we were coming in for our anniversary and had a little treat waiting for us in the room (thanks to Dalma for the surprise). Thanks also to Annette, Sara and Marilyn for answering our questions about the room and hotel before and during our visit promptly. We came back to this hotel for the location. We love the little beach and there is a perfect pier to watch the sunset. I also did the morning aqua and beach yoga. They were wonderful. We are hoping to come back again next year and will try to stay in the Avalon again. That room included breakfast. Overall, we would recommend this hotel

We stayed at the Southernmost Beach Resort last week and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The property is beautiful, clean, and perfectly maintained. Our room was comfortable, bright, and had that relaxing Key West vibe that makes you instantly feel on vacation. The staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The pools and beach area were always spotless, and the atmosphere was peaceful but fun. We loved being able to walk to great restaurants, shops, and all the action while still having a quiet place to unwind. Southernmost Beach Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Key West

We go once a year to Key West and have tried other hotels but always seem to come back to our favorite place Southern Most. Staff is great, Food is good, and we like where its at (location).
