Very good breakfast, quiet, kitchen in room, close to grocery e fast foods e car wash. Clean and comfortable.

the frying pan in the kitchen’s room was not non-stick and the coffee filter was not a good quality one.

The staff, especially Miranda at the front desk were delightfully welcoming and helpful. We also thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. They offered a variety of foods, drinks, and snacks; and got foods were replenished and fresh. The outdoor amenities were nice as well, a great choice for couples, singles, and families.

Late check in time… Given that check in was at 4 pm, we arrived promptly at 3:50, but weren’t able to check into our room til 4:30 pm, because it wasn’t ready. Multiple guests had the same check in delay as well, in my opinion this is unacceptable considering there’s already a comparatively late check in time, and check out is 11 am. However, Miranda at the front desk handled the delays and accommodations well and efficiently. All in all, this property seems well run, but perhaps understaffed at the time of my visit.

There is a standard for Sonesta hotels, and this property didn't meet those expectations. The property is dirty. The room smelled like cigarettes and fish. toilet seat was broken and carpet in hallways was filthy. Front desk staff was great. Wouldn't stay here again.
