carpet was dirty,especially the way going to the bathroom,behind the doors was dusty

Comfy mattress and finally soft pillows

Dirty to the point of slimy slippery bathtub, 2 cockroaches crawling at night

Location is good

The staff is so welcoming and kind. It always makes for a pleasant stay.

It usually is my first choice, but because of the rates changing I need to choose elsewhere.

The location is perfect, right across the street from a shopping plaza w/ many food options. Plus, it's a few mins to the freeway. My room was quite spacious! I wasn't expecting it to be that spacious :) The room decor was cozy and modern. The bed was large and so comfortable! The heater worked well and the curtains blocked out the sunlight for a good night's rest. The staff was helpful - there were no ice machines but they provided a bag of ice.

The gym only had two pieces of cardio equipment (one treadmill and one elliptical).
