Convenient clean spacious Staff Parking easy

Check in was horrible. They checked someone else into my room. Told me it was sold out, although I had already prepaid. Ended up upgrading us to suite but I had to ask. Very frustrating Clerk blamed previous staff on duty.

The staff was so friendly, the breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were so cheerful and accomodating

Parking can be crowded but due to sold out rooms because of the hotels' excellent quality
