The accommodation, location and staff are spot on.

One slight negative thing I would like to point out but not discredit the hotel staff for is at 5:00am we got the shuttle bus from outside told the driver our terminal and then he just drove past it! Then said we should've told him when to stop, he knew our terminal!! So obviously be weary if you don't know the airport well but get the shuttle bus.

"A perfect respite after a long, difficult, day of travel, it is a pleasant surprise and place to stay."

It is nearby JFK Airport so convenient if flights are canceled or an overnight stay is needed.

It is quiet, clean, comfortable and the staff is outstanding. I have no complaints or disappointments whatsoever.

"Okay for near airport"

Okay hotel. Mediocre breakfast. Shuttle was tough to get to at JFK with luggage. Lots of escalators.
