Cleanliness and comfortable bed and pillows.

We were given 2 double beds even when I booked a king bed. We arrived at 1:00 am for a long haul trip, and were so tired, and so me and my husband just settled to sleep in 2 separate beds. I still informed the reception about this, and we were asked to wait to be transferred to another room, but we were so tired already and just stayed. I expected that when we checked in, we'll be informed that a king room is not available. But nothing like that happened.

La atención de la recepcionista, fue increíble y nos recomendó sitios para cenar fuera, no recordamos el nombre pero era una chica india, un 10!

Muy lejos, único transporte al centro de Nueva York era muy largo, primero un bus y luego un metro larguísimo. La zona es bastante fea sobre todo por la noche. Solo recomiendo salir a cenar a donde te indican del hotel.
