The staff was nice. The room was clean but the bathtub needed to be replaced and the air conditioner was extremely noisy! Expected more from A Hilton Garden Inn. Breakfast ended at 10 on a Friday, should have been extended for a weekend day!

"AskMANY times if ALL Renovations Are DONE"

Heard they were doing renovations in January 2025 and it was an awful experience from another post. We waited to book until June 2025. When the reservation was made for two nights there was no indication there was still renovations… we arrived and construction/,renovations on several floors. Construction dust, rug glue ect all smelled awful. Had haze in the air .. tools left in elevator also sharing guest elevators with construction men and equipment … So bad we left…after driving for a day we are left looking for another clean accommodation… Lesson learned ask several times if ALL renovations are complete.

Staff (except the wait staff in the dining area) were rude. First thing they said was you don’t get your room cleaned every day; it’s, every other day. I actually had to call down and schedule them to service the room. Floor was filthy. Wait staff was busting it, not enough help. Took forever to get restaurant service. Trash was overflowing in the general areas, entries were unswept and dirty. Bathrooms were dirty, toilet paper everywhere, unflushed toilets. Cmon Hilton, you used to be excellent. What happened. Customer service is non existent.
