Size of room

I paid an extra $10,95 ×3 for breakfast and get there all of this is under construction. Plastic taped up everywhere and a sign saying breakfast not available when I asked about this they were only willing to knock off $15 instead of full cost for breakfast. They had Plastic containers with a orange, cereal bar, muffin and juice. Very bad business for a high end establishment to not deliver high end service.

"Not as advertised"

I had a long travel day so was looking for some rest and relaxation. When I arrived I was informed that the restaurant and bar were under reconstruction, which meant no food, no drinks, and no breakfast. I would have never paid extra and reserved the room at Hilton if I had known ahead of time that the restaurant and bar were not operational. When I got to the room I was able to connect to WiFi but the TV was giving an unable to connect message. So I found myself at a higher priced hotel with no food, no drinks, and watching TV on my phone. I would have been better off (and saved a lot of money) at a roadside motel.

"Superb"

The location was very good, it is located in a very quite and peaceful neighborhood. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staffs were very cooperating. Highly recommended.

Could have told me it was under construction.all of lobby shut down. Paint was coming off of tub. Rest of the room was good. One elevator shut down. At times lots of traffic trying to use one elevator

The hotel is being renovated. The clerk did not explain anything about changes regarding parking, entrance, and exits. Also NO breakfast available. Otherwise, the room was clean and bed comfortable.

We arrived to the hotel and we didn’t know that was under construction. The lady at the “ front desk was nice but the area was under construction. You can smell the dust everywhere. My room was for 4 people and I have just 2 towels . The room was good.
