"Friendly and value for money in a good location"

Friendly and helpful staff, great location near the airport as well as the train station and also in a lively area with lots of shops, restaurants and markets. Room is good value for money, especially in Mumbai.

Windows cannot be opened and there is no fan, just AC, which works well, but in cooler times fan and open windows would be better.

"Would never ever recommend nor will book this property ever again"

I was defrauded of ₹99,000 while booking Hotel Parle International via Booking.com, and although the origin of the scam is unclear, the hotel staff admitted that multiple guests had faced similar issues and had reported it to Booking.com. Despite being aware, no action has been taken to secure future bookings, which reflects poorly on both the property and platform. I would never visit this property again, nor would I recommend it to anyone—please book with caution.

Location

Had a funny experience Was denied extra glasses when I had guests. All other days it was fine, the day I had guests and when I asked fkr more water in room was jnformed will have tk pay fkr for it. The bathroom need upgrade, they are clean but really old.
