"Booking thru the sites mislead - lot of other good hotels around with good price and facilities."

"Breakfast was not provided, even though it was included in the price at the time of booking. As a result, I had to pay separately for breakfast, which I could have easily enjoyed at a nearby restaurant with better variety and at a more reasonable price

There were plenty of staff around, yet no one seemed to be doing what is customer requirement. The supervisor, appeared completely disengaged. I was not provided the extra bed which was charged and the lift was extremely small for one person. I carried my 4 bags from the second floor to the ground floor by myself, with no assistance from the hotel staff.

My family stayed here & had Pathetic Breakfast, Dirty Rooms, Dirty bedsheets & Pillows, Non working shower, Non working phone in room. Won’t be staying again for sure.
