They was renovating the building, at 6 in the morning waking me up, banging on everything, had to change rooms bc it was leaking water

Property looked bare and neglected. We saw notes saying “under remodeling” “excuse the appearance”. Wished we saw this before booking. Beds were confortable. Rooms basic. Bathroom shabby. We did not feel like taking a shower lol.

Would stay again. It’s so close to Hershey Park / Chocolate World, about 5 minute drive. They also have ducks hanging around the hotel that you can feed for .50 cents they sell in the lobby. Restaurants are all around. Overall good location.

It was a good hotel and the breakfast was great.

We were given a room with a running toilet. After we were in our room for almost an house we went to dinner. We got the receptionist that the toilet was running. She texted maintenance while we were there. Whenwe csme back she told us it was fixed. It was not. We brought it up again and we got a room switched. Our shower was horrible. It always was making a weird aound. We had to turn the shower head off then back on to get the water to stop making the sounds. It also would only despense super hot water which was terrible for my kids 9 and 11

I had a hard time find hotel gps took us to the outlet parking lot we saw the hotel but didn’t no how to enter till we went out the back side of outlet and saw a small sign make it bigger so people can see it Room was good but toilet sits too low to the floor and I felt like I was sitting on the floor I have a bad knee and can’t hardly bend my leg so it was very hard for me to sit on it without help from my husband also couldn’t close the curtains they only go so far I don’t like the light to come in at night when trying to sleep please fix these . Bed was too hard and pillows were way to soft felt like I was just sleeping with head on bed that’s why I always bring ours other then that hotel was very nice
