"Budget hotel but not a budget price"

Old and outdated

In serious need of updates. Too many trip hazards. Room on second floor with no elevator, we are elderly and when we asked for help no help was given. Definitely would not stay there again. But maybe for families on a budget it might be okay.

I presented my one week confirmation when I checked in and I was checked in for 1 night. No meal vouchers were provided when initially it was supposed to come with my weeks worth reservations. Clean towels were not replaced, my last day I went into my room with NO towels replaced. I had no towels to shower 😩 Despite of their mistakes my stay was fixed and my meal vouchers were eventually provided. Oh and the floors were disgusting, the carpet had stains all over and it made it uncomfortable to feel that my child and I were staying somewhere clean. My little one was not happy either and kept asking to get a different hotel

It's located in a good area.

The carpets are duty. Needs to be wash or replace. The window curtain has mold stains. I called to see if I can check-in earlier and the person (man) who answered had a little attitude.
