The Rockley by Ocean Hotels

What a friendly hotel with great service! The mint flannels and rum punch were very welcome on arrival. Near to many amenities A great beach opposite, umbrella and chairs part of the hotel service. Easy transport via local buses, taxis can be booked if required.

Booked with Virgin Atlantic Holidays. First time in Barbados for our 47th Wedding Anniversary. Hotel didn’t disappoint. All male staff excellent, in particular Troy, Seth, Tyrique and Nathanial. They all went above and beyond for us. One female receptionist called Deidre not very friendly needs to smile more and give eye contact and more helpful. A couple of the female breakfast staff whose names I didn’t get need some training in friendliness, smile and reacting quicker when asked for something and not need to be reminded a few times. Others were good but not as friendly as the male staff apart from the one who has a 9 year old son who was friendly and extremely helpful. Will be returning to hotel in January 2027 for my 70th birthday.

Arrived home Friday afternoon after spending an amazing ten nights at the Rockley. Troy and his team there all absolutely amazing. All staff were friendly, helpful, well mannered and great to chat with. The hotel, the rooms and pool were all spotless and well kept. Would most definitely come back here on our next visit to beautiful Barbados! Highly recommend!!

Awesome stay! Facility is really nice - close to everything- clean and modern. While the street sounds are a little loud - we loved it because they are the sounds of Barbados and it is a very active area - one of the reasons we chose it. Food was very good bajan food!! Loved the pool and bar area! Great service, friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

Great place for a first timer to Barbados. Great location opposite Rockley Beach - situated in-between Bridgetown and St Lawrence Gap with easy access to both places and to the many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable stay with excellent staff and breakfast included. Thoroughy recommended.

The Rockley Hotel is situated in the perfect location , with access to all the amenities. The beach is literally across the road from the hotel, and the local bars and restaurants run along the strip. The rooms are large with a nice layout that includes a kitchenette. The bed is king-size and is lovely and comfortable. The room is cleaned daily. Beach towels are issued daily from reception, where you can collect your token to hand to Walter for when you arrive at the beach. He will point you in the direction of your sun lounger and parasol. The staff on reception in particular Troy were friendly and helpful they always had a welcome smile to greet you. I can also say the same thing about the staff in the restaurant. Big shout out to Ishaka. Her customer service made our stay even more pleasant Breakfast was included in our package. They offered a good variety of food at breakfast, continental as well as caribbean, and this included fruits and fresh juices. The hotel also had a washing machine and dryer facility on most floors. You do have to purchase your own washing powder. There is Sam's local convenience store next door at the Quayside mall. It's easy getting around with the local mini busses that pass by frequently, or you can even take the government bus for 3.50 Bds it's not as crammed as the minibus. We will definitely stay at the Rockley again

Great to sit at the bar and have a cocktail or two. Brett knows is stuff and is an asset to the place. Nice feel to the place and cocktail list is vast. we will be back soon.

It was a Wonderful Experience. Beautiful views, a relaxing pool, friendly staff members, it was the Most enjoyable week we had and we will be back

The resort was clean and the people friendly. The meals we had at the resort were good. The only downside was we couldn't see the ocean from our room. We were on the second floor. Lots of places to eat off site. Is to get around by taking the local buses.
