The Rockley by Ocean Hotels

At the beginning of our holiday everything was good ,then when we ordered food at the pool there seemed to be misunderstanding not always getting the order right.our room service started of well then I had more than one occasion to request a toilet roll no replacement tea towel left and on the last day only one bath towel left.

The Rockley is located in a great location convenient for shops, restaurants and of course the excellent beach opposite the hotel. The hotel provides free of charge vouchers for sunbeds and parasols with providers on the beach, which is a fantastic beach. The rooms are spacious and cleaned and serviced daily to an exceptionally high standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular Troy the guest services manager rearranged the date of his Island Tour to Wednesday (Usually Thursday) so we could go with him it was a very informative and well planned day out which all the group enjoyed and was excellent value for money. Thank you to Troy and the very skilled driver and important Earnest for a fantastic day out.

We missed a flight to Toronto and had to find a place to stay overnight. The staff were so accommodating to find us 2 nights in the hotel and were working on a 3rd. Fortunately our flight was moved up and we oy stayed one night. Great staff. Friendly

So our stay at the Rockley was good overall, however the hotel is in a serious need to a makeover with the kitchenette area being something out of the 80s, and the overall appearence of the property needing a facelift.

The breakfast was a pretty poor choice everyday and not what i would expect from a 4* hotel. However the staff was extremely good and the actual room itself was well presented.

Fantastic hotel, brilliant location . Staff were incredibly helpful, food and drink great quality and good value, especially in happy hour.

The Rockley is situated on a busy road which makes it easy to get between Oistins and Bridgetown. Friendly staff and great rooms

This hotel is in a great location and has access to sunbeds on Rockley beach which is beautiful - way better than the mobbed Carlisle bay. The front of house looks nice and modern and the staff are very welcoming and helpful, however….. the rooms are awful. Very tired, not very clean, noisy and don’t feel very safe with balconies that can be accessed from you neighbour with very old rickety sliding glass doors. Very very tired. At best an average 3 star hotel - certainly not 4 star

We picked The Rockley because we had visited the hotel when it was South Beach we love the area and this time the stay was enhanced for us by having beach towels and passes. We will definitely return to the hotel.

Lovely hotel in a good location, close to everything. The beach nearby was fabulous and the added advantage of having beach beds was brilliant. The food was limited but what we had was nice. Rooms lovely big and bright. Friendly staff and a nice stay was had.

Stayed at the Rockley for 10 nights with friends and we had a fantastic time. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was very comfortable & spacious with a large balcony. The staff were all very friendly & helpful, we went on the hotel rum tour with Troy which we enjoyed and he was good fun. The hotel was very clean and the food was very good. The bar was a great place to sit & relax and most evenings there was something going on. The hotel was right opposite Rockley beach which was beautiful and the Tiki bar at the end had a huge selection of great cocktails. I would definitely recommend the Rockley as a great place to stay.
