Staff were friendly and respected do not disturb signs. Good and convenient location. Comfortable beds.

Some issues I encountered was every time I left my room, the key card expires so I had to get a new key every time. Also, the washroom was not very clean, the base of the toilet was very dirty and had a bit of a urine odour. Bathroom floor was very sticky. I can tell sink, tub, toilet flush handle and doorknobs were not clean. I took the liberty to clean it myself as I was already very tired and did not feel like waiting for a cleaner or switching rooms. Refrigerator was broken and leaking. Drink spill stains on carpet. They also ran out of key cards when I arrived so I had to wait about half hour before getting a room.

Had a great receptionist, who was very accommodating upon check-in. Bed was clean while the rest of the room had seen better days. Furniture was a little worn and out-dated (no USB-A or USB-C sockets) while the bathroom had some paint chipping on the ceiling. Everything was clean enough to use, but I wish floor mats were provided for the bathroom. The worst part was the thin walls, I could understand the TV in the adjacent room, which was being played at full volume past 4:00 AM. Then, despite the "privacy please" door hanger being hung outside, housekeeping still banged on the door at 9:00 AM to ask if I was checking out. Still, for the price, it's still a great value.

Bed were clean but uncomfortable.

No microwave in the room like advertised and tiny refrigerator.

Bed was very clean, front desk attendant was very accommodating. Floor was clean, too. Shower had good water pressure.

Bathroom had paint peeling, no bathroom mats, lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. No USB-A or USB-C ports in the room. Thin walls allowed me to understand my neighbor's TV up until 4:00 AM. Could hear them wake up and leave at 10:19 AM. Housekeeping knocked on my door to ask if I was leaving at 9:00 AM despite the "privacy-please" door card outside.

Friendly staff, clean facility and swimming pool.

First time stay, so a little difficult to figure out how to get in and out of the property

Night staff woman was rude and acted like put out. We were there a week and housekeeping did not remove trash. I ended up taking it to matenance room multiple times
