We recently stayed for two nights at this fab hotel. The hotel has a wonderful roof top pool with great views. The situation of the hotel is excellent, easy access to everything. The Naked Tacos next door was amazing for breakfast. As we arrived late in the evening there was an issue with the room, but this was swiftly professionally and kindly addressed by Alex and Melody. This was very much appreciated after a long journey from the UK. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your hotel. We most certainly will be back for sure!

Used my Hyatt free night to book a room prior to heading out for a cruise. I knew it was an older building, and actually expected it to show it's age, but it was absolutely beautiful. The rooftop pool was nice, staff was amazing, and it was a great location in South Beach.
