My time at the resort was breathtaking I had such an amazing time while I was there. The entire staff treated me like I was family they were so kind and caring. I cannot wait to go back just to spend more time with them. I wanna give a big shout out to Shannon for being number 1 at her job she really took care of business.

It can't get much better than this. From the person that helped us check-in Nancy. She put us on the seventh floor the best view we've ever had at any stay. I don't think there's a room in this hotel that doesn't have at least partial ocean view. The staff , they were very, friendly. Even in the maintenance people I had one of them say should go park your ev.In e v parking, it's free charging. I didn't think that my Chrysler Pacifica hybrid would work in the standard E. Charger but, he said it would and, he was right worked, great. This was right after memorial day weekend, a big weekend at this hotel. But the hotel wasn't busy, and we had such a nice laid back little break. You don't really expect a hotel food to be that good. But I was pleasantly surprised the food here was better than the food that we got at other restaurants in the area. The weight staff at the restaurant suggested. I go to a little bar that has karaoke 7 nights a week. My wife and I in our 70s partying, with 20-year-olds. It was so much fun.The people of daytona are really nice. Can't ask for much more than this friendly staff, clean room good food. Here's the real kicker. It went in to complain about somebody being parked in the EV parking when they didn't have an E. V they had it moved and I got to charge my car. If there was any negative, it would only be the parking garage. When you have a big vehicle, it's really tight. 2 thumbs up an holiday inn resort oceanfront.

Our stay was really great from start to finish. The location is amazing, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach that made everything feel relaxing and fun. watching the sunset from our room was such a nice experience. What made it even better was the kindness of the front desk team, especially the Front Desk Manager, who made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway. We would definitely love to comeback!

Outside walkways to rooms are somewhat run down....restaurant small.....needs some updating! Zero towel bars or counter space in bathroom.
