"A perfect place for a relaxing and memorable stay."

Our stay was really great from start to finish. The location is amazing, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach that made everything feel relaxing and fun. watching the sunset from our room was such a nice experience. What made it even better was the kindness of the front desk team, especially the Front Desk Manager, who made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway. We would definitely love to comeback!

"Beach traffic and seaweed made for bad beach stay."

Good shower, plenty of towels, very nice staff, excellent food in the restaurant, fantastic air conditioner, nice view.

Threshold was too high at doors--Hard to get luggage cart in and out of room. Hallways were too narrow for luggage cart. Could barely fit past cleaning cart of room service. Elevators were very slow. I mostly didn't like the beach for two reasons (and this has little to do with the hotel): (1) there was vehicle traffic on the beach--a constant stream of cars riding up and down the beach loitering for no reason. This posed a severe security risk. I couldn't get in the ocean and safely leave my wallet and phone wrapped up in a towel. It would take two seconds for the thugs riding by with the latin music banging loudly to jump out, grab my stuff, and drive off, before I could get out of the surf. So, I had to stand by my stuff while the kids played in the surf. I'll never pay for beachfront hotel in Daytona Beach if they allow vehicle traffic on the beach. And I'll also mitigate this in the future by having some double waterproof shoulder neck strap pouch for my wallet and phone to keep them on my person. I don't trust hotel room safes or leaving things in the room--experience has made me wise. (2) The other complaint is the scratchy seaweed and jellyfish. This may be a season problem.

"Birthday stay"

As an IHG member, I went there to celebrate my birthday. The resort is clean, comfortable, and quiet. It also has easy access to the beach and a nice pool and hot tub. Room is spacious and great value. I also have to shout out Jay & Laleasa for going above and beyond to make my birthday stay extra special. They exuded top notch hospitality and brought me a beautiful birthday balloon arrangement and a birthday card.
