Good relaxing hotel

The staff was extremely friendly. Great beach.

Wait times for service were at least an hour at every meal. Staff was only somewhat attentive. Poor communication - make a reservation for something, they don’t tell you you’re on a waiting list so you assume you have the reservation.

The property was nice. Food was par unless you go to The Reserve. We didn’t have any interaction with our butler only the time we arrived to show us our room. The employees at the activity were fun!! They made the games fun. Pool bartenders needed more than 1 bartender but the 1 bartender did a good job. Didn’t have much assistance at the pools with towel and drink service.

Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. They always greet you when walking around the resort.

This is a very pretty hotel with good food and nice staff. They have a decent coffee and gelato shop and beach access. The bar/entertainment area is nice but wish there was another one. The only complaints were the air conditioning in the room is very loud, there were various areas under construction, when we asked for an item they wouldn’t deliver it, and the towels are old.

The property was amazing. And our concierge Juventino was the best part. We can’t wait to come back

This is definitely one of the best places to stay in Cabo. The beach is swimmable (unlike other resorts). The food is amazing and I love it that they Do Not have a 24-hour buffet which can be unsanitary.

I absolutely loved everything about this resort…I couldn’t ask for anything more

The hotel is very beautiful with many great amenities. We were surprised at the quality of most of the restaurants and to top it all off the staff or fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
