Paradisus Los Cabos - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Absolutely beautiful resort! Staff was amazing!!! We had a 10/10 experience. The only thing we experienced that was a little timely was the private check in process when you upgrade to The Reserve. Even that does not take away from the full experience at this resort.

Everything was great would have been nice if rooms were little more soundproof.

Oh where do I start with this one. Without spending too much time on this, it was a poor experience one after the other. Unless you spend the extra money for "The Reserve" the food for lunch is terrible. The service for lunch both at the Reserve and other is extremely slow. Expect to wait for your food for at least 45 minutes to an hour and this was consistent over the 6 days we were there. We also signed up for a cooking class and told we were all set but got there and found out we were on a waiting list. This ruined our entire day because the class was at 2:00 so we didn't plan for anything else. The Junior Suite is extremely dated and small. Only one person can go into to the bathrooms to brush their teeth. The room was DIRTY. We found a former guests contact lens stuck to the wall, our other family members room had a half drunken bottle of water left from the prior guest and the towels are old, dingy and extremely warn. There were so many cosmetic issues with the room it would be too long to write. We reserved a cabana for the next day and even tipped the pool man $20.00. Turns out nothing was reserved and ended up with pool chairs without an umbrella. When I saw the pool guy, I said "this doesnt look like a cabana to me" and he just laughed it off. The staff is friendly but nobody seems to be able to give a correct answer when asked ANYTHING. You couldn't give me a free room to stay there again.

The property has been updated and well taken care of by the staff. Great food options and nice swim up bar. They have one of the few locations where they let you get in the water at the beach. Highly recommend giving it try.

Food was good, not amazing but definitely good. Staff was exceptional! Drinks were weak, but you expect that because it’s all inclusive. Room was VERY comfortable. We would go back anytime. Absolutely worth what we paid.

The staff made our stay excellent. Everyone was so accommodating and very nice. This hotel was very clean. The service and food was great as well.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, manuale the server he's excellent.
