"Overall, the hotel was very clean, the staff were mostly friendly, but bring your own water."

The beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Shower water pressure was good. Staff were very nice.

No free water. There was no free water available for guests. We had to pay $2 per bottle and there were 4 of us. A little disappointing. We ended up going to Target to buy a jug of water which was inconvenient on our short stay. Even the parking garage we used, offered free water bottles for guests.

The room is large and very clean and comfortable. I always leave my car there when I travel it is very safe and secure. I love the shuttle service to and from the airport. Will not stay anywhere else when flying out of the hobby airport.

The fact that they charge you for the first night of parking if you plan to leave your car there. So that first night would be free if I wasn't planning on leaving my car for the week, but because I signed the parking agreement that first night became one of my days parked.

"You get what you pay for"

I didn't like it much but I know it could have been worse.

The location was literally at the end of the airport runway, you could hear homeless people arguing from the parking lot, the hotel feels and looks old, the room smelled moldy, it appeared to have mold in the windows, there were gnats or mosquitoes flying around in the bathroom and bedroom of the room, breakfast room was too crowded, there wasn't enough food to last the whole meal time.

Property was very close to Toyota Center which is where we were traveling, price was very good, bed was very comfortable, rooms are spacious, staff was nice and tentative!

No negative comments to add:)
