Cockroaches in the house.. AC was not powerful enough

I have never witnessed such horrible customer service. I called an Day before my reservation to change the days. But they “couldn’t find me in the system” so I assumed I didn’t have one. But I gave them my name, number, conformation number and told them I wanted to change the dates. They said they would even call me back. Instead of checking in on Friday 8/16/19 I wanted to check in the next day and stay until that Monday. I was driving 8+ hours to get there and didn’t call them back the next day. Magically I got charged for not checking in on Friday. But said “I wasn’t in their system” “couldn’t find my name or confirmation number”. They said they’d issue me a full refund. Have yet to do it. And still told me they are now gonna charge me for a night stay. I called the manager and she nonstop hung up on me. Interrupted me. Wouldn’t let me tell her what happened. Said there’s no proof I call them. Well I have proof I talked to someone for 14 minutes to change my days. Gave them all my information. They said I didn’t even exist in the system. But somehow can charge my card. I will be contacting someone higher than a manager.

I paid for 1 week at Motel 6. First, my room was never serviced the whole week. No refill of soap or toilet tissue. Second, I had to take my dirty towels to front desk for exchange on Tuesday/Friday. Also, there was at least and inch of clearance under the front door which allowed every bug in the neighborhood to enter. I had to stuff a towell under the door to prevent unwanted visitors. Lastly, when I went to the desk and complained, I received plenty of apologies and excuses but nothing was ever done to resolve the issues. Other issues, tub drain was backed up, toilet wouldnt flush, and all the linens had cigarette burns.

I would like to warn people the hotel is very outdated and their beds are like sleeping on rocks and the hotel is nasty and the carpert is very dirty and no breakfast that's worth getting up for. Please take my advice stay else!!!!Needs lots of improvement!!!! Will not return!

Staff was really friendly and acommodating. However, long term residents kept us up most nights, and worse on the weekends. Heat/air was broken, no fridge. Staff did, however, take our concerns into considerationa and addressed them. Good for passing through, but not a long term stay.

They have bugs and they are very rude if u don't wear your shoes inside your socks will get black

Bathroom was not clean tub so stained didnt even use shower,phone in room didnt work,big hole beind door all hDhd fixed it with was toiet paperwithtape holding iton.tv was stati half channels did not work.lady at front desk wouldnt evencalme acab.i wouldnt sta again for anything

Its been really expensive and I don't know what to do after Sunday. I'll be homeless but I thank yall for the good price. And God bless you all.

It was ok, carpets feel sticky for some reason and the rooms smell weird. Some of the outlits don’t work. The fridge in the room smelled like rotten food. No shampoo and the towels were like rags. The girl at the desk was very rude like she hated her job. You can hear EVERYTHING in the room next to you. The only thing good about my stay was how me and my boyfriend made it fun
