Super Stay Plus

This hotel doubled billed me for a room on Saturday October 14th. They did that by charging my credit card and then made my son pay again with cash in order for him to get a key. Considering he had been traveling all day and participating in a fishing contest being held locally the last thing he was prepared to deal with was the horrible customer service. Considering that there were no other hotels with a vacancy due to the fishing contest the actions of this hotel amounted to extortion. I will never utilize them or hotel.com (booked through) ever again. I would strongly recommend to any and all who need a room in Morristown, TN DO NOT USE THE DELUXE INN. There is nothing deluxe about it and are dishonest in their operations.

It was great place and nice clean room.Rate was very reasonable.Front desk person was very courteous.Free breakfast was nice.close to shopping and restaurants.we stayed in King room was very comfortable.If you looking for nice place in Morristown then try this independent hotel.

Run down dump!!! Was not happy to pay $64.00 for this stay! I wouldn't pay $5.00 to stay here again. I'm Mad!!! Lied too about this stay!

hotel was fine, but I purchased it online and it states the address is interstate 81 exit 8, while there is a Super 8 immediately off interstate this one pulls up and misleads you to thinking it is it. I went to wrong one off interstate and they said it happens all the time because of this misleading statement. So the one located right off Int 81 exit 8 is actually 6 miles up the road. Hotel was fine for the price and everybody was nice.

After wasting money on The Scottish Inn, who treated us poorly, this Super 8 was like heaven. Everything was spotless, and the greeters at the front desk were some of the nicest people on the planet. Reasonably priced for free wifi, free breakfast, and a great location. Definitely will go back next time we are in Morristown :) oh, and i can't forget to add the beautiful view from our room!

Room was dirty, security chain was ripped off, bed felt like you were sleeping on the springs and I felt I was going to fall through the the bottom of the tub.

I recently stayed at this hotel. Our room was dirty and the internet was very poor. The internet speed when tested using several speed testers, tested out to a whopping 0.02 Mbps. Forget anything except for waiting for the pages to load, kinda like dialup. The internet signal was very strong but the speed was such I don't know why they even call it high speed internet. We will not stay there again nor at any Wyndham property with this experience.

The room was dirty and it had a awful smell. It was a horrible location and It was price was too high for the experience I had.

My wife and I have stayed at several motel in the Wyndham chain throughout this past summer and this one was the worst. The electronic key did not work right for the door and the room did not feel like it was properly cleaned. We had coffee in the room but no coffee maker to use it. The second day we had only one towel to use after showering. There were no vacancies at the motel so it must be that motels in Morristown do not maintain high standards. The breakfast leaves everything to be desired.

Stayed on weekend of Bristol races when other hotels were not available. The hotel old and tired, and is in real need of updating. Front desk staff were friendly and attentive. When I arrived at my room, the chairs were sitting on the bed and the floor lamp were on the desk... It appears that housecleaning had not fully completed the room. Overall, it is adequate for a short stay, but has the look and feel of a cheap outdated motel.
