Hilton Stockholm Slussen Hotel

Hotel is located super close walking distance to many key Stockholm attractions, in a nice and rather calm area close to water. On Breakfast you can choose whatever you want, also the offer for vegans. Helpful and nice personnel, it was a great stay.

Too loud air condition

Extremely comfortable bed, very convenient location, all the normal corporate hotel facilities.

We paid extra for a room with a water view. What we didn’t realise was the extent of the construction work going on in Slossen and our view was a bank of site cabins on the waterside which pretty much blocked out our view of the water.

This is a very nice hotel in an AMAZING location. Walk to the old town easily, and the neighborhood is great - lots of shops, cafes and restaurants are all close by. The subway is also very close. I had a room with a view of the water and old town, which was really nice. Breakfasts were really good, lots of variety and plenty of it. Friendly staff, it was a great choice to stay for my first trip to Stockholm.

For the exorbitant price, what you get is disappointing. A very small room with outdated furnishings, a noisy plumming system. I was also baffled by the fact that I had to go 2 stairs down to take the elevator up to the 6th floor. Staff was nice, as was the breakfast, although nothing special.

Many bars and restaurants at walking distance, room fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, ironing board, lot of mirrors... friendly staff who gave us relevant advice as regards transportation (as foreigners we didn't know we should check prices of the taxis as displayed on the door before boarding). Everything was fine and the hotel was globally very quiet though we could hear a baby crying in the adjacent room but this is difficult to avoid. Lot of national and international TV channels.

The water pressure in the shower is a bit low and the temperature in the room is difficult to adjust as the thermostat is hidden behing the TV and can hardly be reached, but those are small details in a globally very positive stay.
