The location and price were fine if the place wasn't a dump.

We parked next to a car in the parking lot that had the whole side bashed in. There was a smell of pot in the building. When we went to the room, there were holes in the walls of the bathroom, caulking was undone around the tub, tub and toilet were dirty, fridge had black grime/mold all over it.

Went out for breakfast, I couldn’t image eating here with how dirty the whole bldg was. The lobby reeked of smoke, halls smelled like urine, and the room I had to wipe all counters and floor down. It was gross.
