Dirty, smelled, rooms not in good condition, reserved 4 rooms including an ADA room. The ADA room was not saved for me - I prepaid for the 4 rooms

It was close to my storage unit. The price was decent considering other places

It could have been more clean. It looked as if there was a quick cleanup in the room. Also, the bed was uncomfortable

The price was fine and location. Front desk lady was pleasant.

The entrance all the way to inside my room smelled horrible for it to be none smoking. I spayed half a bottle of cologne to mask the smell. The tub was dirty like it was cleaned properly. It had dirt lines on the bottom of the tub.

We wondered why the rating was only 2-stars but understood once we saw the room. It was clean but very sparse. My husband moved a table so I could have a nightstand on my side of the bed. The kitchen had no glasses, plates or silverware. I was amazed there was a new box of tissues in the bathroom that wasn't bolted down! There were no USB ports in the room to charge our phones. It was clean and everything worked.

Provide some basics like silverware and plates. There were no cups or glasses, even paper, in the room. There was no coffee pot so we couldn't make coffee. The only creamers available at the breakfast table had loads of sugar in them. We use plain, unsweetened half-and-half in our coffee, apparently like many other people.
