The Inn At Fox Hollow Hotel

I like everything

The Inn at Fox Hollow is a nice hotel. The good aspects of the hotel are their helpful staff, very good breakfast buffet, all day coffee, and free dinner buffet on week days. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bad aspects of the hotel are their spotty internet - it wasn’t even working at the front desk when we checked out! We related a problem with it, but nothing ever improved and, in fact, got worse. The USB plug ins in our room didn’t work at all. The ugly was the noisy housekeeping staff. Unfortunately for us, we had a room across from housekeeping. Being part of a wedding party, I was somewhat sleep deprived. Every afternoon, when I tried to lay down for a nap, the staff were talking loudly. Two staff members had a loud disagreement one day. Another day, the staff yelled down the hall! One of the other wedding party members never had their air conditioning work! When I shared my issues with the room. They offered to move my room, I was leaving the next day so declined, but no compensation was offered, even after I asked for it. They said, “the staff has to work”. I answered, “that doesn’t mean they have to talk loudly in front of my room!”

We really enjoyed our stay at The Inn at Fox Hollow. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was extremely nice. We enjoyed the dinner buffet, as well as the pool and hot tub. Our bartender was also friendly and attentive. The worst part is that we only stayed one night. We will definitely make our stay longer next time!

The hotel itself was nice. There is truly nothing but senior citizens that stay here. We walked in and thought it was a nursing home. I’m not joking there must have been at least 60 70year olds when we walked in. They just take over the entire hotel. Again, the hotel itself is nice, but I think we would stay somewhere else knowing what we know now especially with two teenage boys with us.

Some rooms on first floor suites need some updating but still a great hotel. We love it

Very large room, well maintained hotel, friendly helpful staff.

Die Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden.
