"Alpenrock is a very nice place to stay"

Room was nice and comfortable with large room. Breakfast was good. Jacuzzi was exceptional and the ropes were amazing.

Having to walk so far and switch elevators to get to our room. Breakfast could be included, at least a continental breakfast.

"Nice location and staff. But the hotel needs to offer more for the money."

Customer service was great. But the size of the room was extremely small for the price we paid. No gift shop. No concierge. Not very much information or brochures at hand. No vending machines. Need more tours set up in the areas.
