"A nice hotel with hits and misses"

Staff friendliness was the best part of this stay. All staff members we encountered were very professional and courteous. The not so great parts were: beds were so hard and uncomfortable we were all tossing and turning all night; the ac system didn’t keep the room cool enough even at 68; and on Sunday evening there seemed to be demolition going on at 7:30 pm - it was super loud.

We enjoyed the close proximity to main street. The property was clean and recently remodeled. The negatives include; single elevator to access floor, including having to switch elevators to get to the 8th floor, many people meant extended wait time, barista with a very poor attitude when asked to re-pull the espresso shots, necessitated by her leaving for an extended period of time, fire alarms going off at 10:30 p.m. requiring us to get out of bed and walk down 8 flights of stairs and stand outside for a half hour! We believe it was a false alarm as no one at the front desk seemed to know why it went off at 10:30 p.m. When we checked it this morning, no consideration was even offered for any inconvenience. Simple acknowledgement would have been appreciated as opposed to acting like nothing had happened the night before. Thank you!

From talking to Corbin on the phone regarding our reservation, then meeting Zack at valet and Stuart with the Edison restaurant, our stay was INCREDIBLE! Every employee we met always said hello first. The housekeeping staff is amazing. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our vacation here! We are already making plans to come back!
