"Ok this time."

I stay here at least 3X a year. It’s close to family.

Usually the room is spotless. It was not as clean as I liked when I checked in, the floors were chipped and dirty, the bedside lamp was plugged in across the room (safety issue) and the vanity mirror was falling off the wall. The curtains also wouldn’t close because the rod was broken on the left side. Also saw bugs this time which I have never seen there.

The location

The hotel smelled so bad,the rooms smelled out heater didn't work properly,the fridge had hair in it. The wash cloths smelt weird. When arriving to check in there was no one at the deck rang the bell stood there least 15 mins before someone came. The elevator definitely needs maintenance.

"Will not go back. Handicapped. No availability on 1st floor"

Good thing we didn’t have to stay long. Was able to right outside door.

No security. Door latch broken. No security bar. Broken off. Gouges in door from being pride open. Chair in room falling apart and material ripped made scratches on my leg. Floor’s dirty. Had a guest with me. Had to sleep together
