The facility is in quiet and convenient area, staff is courteous and helpful.
Location was great as was dinner restaurant. Breakfast was terrible and rooms were being upgraded so it was not a good time to be there.
Hotel is under renovation, but you really wouldn't know as the workers keep everything clean. Everything was great, especially the breakfast. Service was excellent. Will keep this place on my travel list.

Wonderful experience at the Mendenhall Inn! Our group was checking in with 3 rooms reserved. Staff at front desk was thorough, friendly, and organized. Also let us know where everything was and how to get to breakfast in the morning.
I didn't like the step down getting out of the room.
The room was very nice and clean. Didn’t like being on 1st floor. The outside landscape nights shined into the room. They were very bright. Breakfast was nice the attendant was very helpful. Overall a nice stay.
