Nice size room. Clean. Great check in staff. At check in we got a room without a bathtub. They were kind enough to move us to another floor to a room without a tub.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff and good location and parking

Got to hotel room at end of evening to find no tv service whatsoever. Staff said Rogers was working on it and hung up abruptly. So we had to watch news on our phone before bed.

"Great Hotel and the service is the shining star"

Great hotel with excellent service! We stayed here for a business convention and couldn't have felt more at home. We met Patricia at the Club Lounge and her personality and service were stellar. She always remembered who we were and what we liked, and always had a friendly smile to start and end our day. Mohammad at the front desk was also very helpful and personally delivered us wine glasses one evening - great service. Our room was great, plenty of outlets and handy to have the fridge, microwave and coffee/water at your fingertips for whenever you would need. My only room suggestion would be to add a few more hooks to hang towels or jackets. We opted for the Club level to access the Club Lounge and I'd highly recommend it. Not only will you get amazing service from Patricia, but also a lovely breakfast spread and appetisers daily along with water, juice, coffees & a complimentary alcoholic beverage during appy time if you wish. Having never been to Red Deer, Patricia and Mohammad's service certainly gave us a very warm welcome and encourages us to visit again. Thank you!

"Top Notch"

This is my favourite place to stay in the Red deer area. Always clean, lively and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Mohammed at the front desk will ensure your stay is amazing and Patricia in the hotels club lounge will make your whole trip. Will definitely be staying here anytime I am in the area.
