Rooms are old and smell very musty...underneath a haze of cheap air freshener.

Shae made our visit the best experience. Super helpful,even with a room upgrade, questions about upcoming venues and things for in our room with the on-the-whim booking. Thanks so much. She's a treasure!

I had a great time. The evening front desk clerk, on Nov 8, was very nice and fun. He had such a great sense if humor he had us laughing. The pool, hot tub and steam room were great making the end if the day perfect to relax and go to sleep. Patricia at the Club Access Level was so nice and helpful. She always has a smile and is so friendly. Making the end to our girls weekend perfect!

Patricia on the Club Level was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful. She would keep me coming back every time. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was so welcoming and fun. I don’t remember his name but he had a Spanish accent. The pool and hot tub were great and the room was very comfortable. All the staff was very accommodating to our needs.
