"Good"

has a nice breakfast area and food is great, the view is amazing. the staff seems grumpy, did not stop harassing customers about the masks.

The seevice and the stuff was very good! The hotel and it's facilitirs are great. Only the room was a bit dissappinted regarding it's maintenance and cleaning. The bathroom (sink, faucet, shower door glass) was dirty. The big window in the balcony couldnt be locked. The food was great! Thanks

מלון יפה מיוחד ושונה החדר בו שהינו "חדר גפן נוף להר מירון" בקומה 1-הנוף ברובו לחנייה ולצמרות העצים ממול לחדר. מאכזב. הריהוט מיושן והעיצוב מיושן, אבל נקי. הצוות אדיב ונחמד. חדר האוכל יפה וארוחת הבוקר טובה ומספקת. הבריכה יפה והמים נקיים מאד. נחזור לשם? כנראה שלא 31.8.21

The grounds are beautifully kept. The staff was extremely courteous especially the PR manager , Yoram. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable!!

"Beware of the breakfast vegetables"

The hotel is beautiful, but we were given a room with no windows and the vegetables served in breakfast were old and sad.

"Two mid-week nights at Ruth Safed"

We had to ask to get our room made up, which they did quickly, but no explanation or apology. There was no information given when we checked in. We had to ask the breakfast times and whereabouts and found the pool almost by accident. Otherwise a beautiful building, tastefully renovated, gorgeous grounds and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, usual Israeli style. Dining room staff attentive.

Beautiful location , nice well designed and confortable room, but some more attention needed. Eg. : cofee cups without spoons , no glasses in the room and other litlle things like that. We thought better electric lights were needed in the room too. As for the breakfast , it was rich and nicely presented ,but the cofee was really poor. Exept that ,we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

"ice place to stay"

Hotel is nice, friendly staff. We had issue with the room and we received a different room with no time Very good breakfast
