Perfect location, the hotel pool and gardens are very nice and relaxing

Eventually we haven't stayed there. Booked a room, ~200$. The room was tiny, they know it's tiny. They offered us another room, tiny with a horrible smell. Then another tiny room. While we were in the process, the lobby was packed with people who had all sort of complaints. The receptionist was very kind and it was obvious she really wants to help. Eventually we moved to a different place, to find out that the couple that checked in before us had the same exact process. So it seems like it's a policy issue. Oh, and if you expect a queen sized bed when you pay ~200$ per night, then lower your expectations.

This hotel is sooo old fashioned and not fresh looking. I would NOT recommend it to ANYONE! I was very disappointed there. This was my first time staying in a hotel, and did not expect this. The bathtub was scratched and the bathroom was very dark.

Nicest hotel in Tzfat. I have looked at other places, both hotels and B&Bs, and I plan to come back and stay here again.

Clearly the best hotel in Zefat, with a long history that goes back to its days as an Ottoman khan where travelers lodged, there are many positives to this place, including the great views, wonderful breakfasts, and proximity to the old city. But it's quirky. On our recent stay, the staff announced that the dining room wasn't opening that evening, forcing guests out into the pouring rain to find dinner. And the same rain created a lake on our porch that seeped through the door and onto our floor. So stay here while in Zefat, but be aware that this isn't your average Hilton or Marriott.

Staff and the manager are not very eager tonpkease a customer. They will not hear you or try to accommodate your needs unless you talk blue in your face.

I didn't like the room that they gave us so I asked to change to a different room. They changed s to a different room with view.
