Floor could be cleaner

The room was clean and comfortable and everything in the room was in working order. The staff was friendly and personable. The fact that it is a block building ment that there was no noise from other rooms. Convenient location.

This is a great budget hotel. The room was very clean and the staff attentive. Great location for those attending events at Miami university.

Owner did follow up to ask more about the bedbug situation, but my phone was out of storage and chose that moment not to save his number so I couldn’t send photos and videos of the bedbug or otherwise follow up, therefore I didn’t get a refund after driving over an hour away to stay with family instead.

Found a bedbug on my bed and the front desk person picked up the bedbug with his bare hands and threw it outside, and moved me to another room. All I wanted to do was shower, and this new room’s shower was cold and had no hot water.

Nice big room, dog friendly.

Very strong unpleasant cleaning solution smell.
