Bed were comfortable pool was nice, was quiet, had jacuzzi tub.

Room needed to be painted badly, bathroom door didnt shut, no phone, no cold water just hot, and had a little what looked to be black mold on ceiling area leading to jacuzzi tub, there was no breakfast as advertised.

This location was conveniently located next to Magic Springs which is why we went to Hot Springs in the first place

I called 5 days prior to revival asked about to pool being open was told it would be got there and it wasn't and it wasn't open my whole stay

I didnt even stay here on the 8th I booked for the 1st and they were supposed to cancel the 8th.

I like the staff. They are very kind and helpful. And I like that I got the same room.

I didn't like being kept up all night with people banging on the walls, sounds of moving furniture, and slamming doors.
