It was super dirty inside the room and the hot water didn't work. And when I asked to change rooms they wouldn't let me. And when I asked to cancel my stay and get a refund they wouldn't let me

In the bathroom , there was No TP Holder . Tub facet was away from the wall . The Coffee pot had no cups . Someone had left the fridge door open a bit & it leaker out onto the wood it sits on . Hot Tub was very well used ! Could use to be reversed ! Walls were dirty . Some had placed a wad of toilet paper over the peep hole ! It was a place to sleep and head out . Sorry but I would not stay there again .

We were camping and had to be relocated due to bad weather. Coming from the Super 8 Wyndham in Hot Springs, this place is AMAZING. The customer service is amazing and their is no hidden deposit like in hit springs super 8.

I was traveling with my son and granddaughter. When we opened the door we were hit by the strong smell of urine. My granddaughter gasped, “is that blood!?! While pointing at large rust colored stain on the pretend window covering. The beds were messed and believe me we hadn’t touched them. The desk person didn’t ask too many questions after I stated the obvious. She called her friend who she was covering for when we returned the card. And didn’t say anything else when she took it and we left.
